Ted & Grace`s Snack Bar in Owen Sound

Haven't been to Ted's in months, and definitely since the Covid hit. We showed during lunch, was told wait would be up to 10 minutes. We didn't even have to wait 5. A lot of tables were removed for the social distancing and the wait staff was wearing masks. Our waiter was very courteous. Food was OMG! We had missed it! We will be back of course!

This was sooo good, I loved it! Ever again. The service is really nice and it’s comfortable in there.

Wow!! Still impressed!! The restaurant was packed when we got there (Sat. night) & we were immediately seated. Our waitress, Paloma, was so kind and tentative!! She made sure our glasses were filled always, and checked on us & her other tables! Busy woman but still got the job done! Very happy, we will be back!

This place is an endless of goodness. The cheese dip, salsa, veggie mix, flour tortillas, sauteed onions. Were all delicious and when the main dish was served it was a plate served for a queen. The dessert was a sopapilla that made me want another. Great place to eat Mexican food. I traveled 4 hours to eat there and it was worth it..

This is the first time I have ever eaten here, amazing food and staff! Excellent all the way around . Anna was our server and she was excellent, efficient and genuinely kind 😇 Thank you very much Anna and all of the staff for making this 4 of July even that much more special!

Food was fairly average, I dont recall the red dipping sauce being so light pink, bubbly, and liquid, not appetizing at all..looked like squished watermelon Yuck! Chips were good. Tables were pandemic spaced. Floor under table needed cleaning, regular salt shakers on table. What keeps some covid child from licking the salt shaker top? Young lady who served us didnt seem very friendly at all, maybe staff are instructed to not be friendly. Ted's has changed since our previous visits, seemed not a very warm inviting place and rather worn looking. Suggest menu note when food is seasoned spicey hot. The blackened shrimp tacos were too spicey hot for two of our party who ordered them, so didnt eat theirs.

COMPLETELY SCREWED UP my order but they quickly corrected it. SUPER NICE staff!GREAT food!

I was invited to dinner this evening by my favorite Aunt Barbara and her Husband Mark, We went to Ted's where we were immediately greeted and seated by the hostess. Our waitress appeared immediately to offer up Ted's complimentary cheese, salsa & chips and took our drink orders, Promptly returning with the drinks and appetizers and took our order for dinner, The kitchen produced and our waitress served us the most delicious meal I have enjoyed in many months, The waitress returned 3 or 4 times to make certain our drinks were full and that our dinners were meetig expectations. Ted's most definitely met and exceeded my expectations at every level. Great Service, Great food, Great place to eat.

I came here on a recommendation. The service was spot on, the place was clean and the smells coming from the kitchen area made my mouth anticipate hot fresh chips and great salsa. I was not disappointed! They have options for really hot salsa but I passed this visit. I ordered a shredded beef chimichanga with beans and rice. It was a wonderful meal with a bountiful serving size and the flavoring was the best I think I've ever had. They top off some meals with a sopapilla for anyone needing a sweet treat to finish off the meal to make a great dining experience.
